Er kommt regelmäßig mit seinem Papa zum Kurs, kennt die Callouts, liebt die Bewegungen und bringt jedes Mal so viel Energie und Freude mit.

Genau das liebe ich an Animal Flow: Es spielt keine Rolle, wie alt du bist oder auf welchem Level du startest. Bewegung ist für alle da. ❤️
