Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Alexandra Aleksieva (A²Flow) and customers in the areas of personal training, nutritional advice, Animal Flow, BodyPump™ and online coaching.

2. Conclusion of the contract
A contract is formed when a booking is confirmed in writing, by telephone or online.

3. Services
The trainer offers individual and group training, nutritional advice, online coaching and special training programs (e.g. BodyPump™, Animal Flow).

4. Participation requirements
Participation is at your own risk. Customers confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to use the booked services.

5. Liability
The trainer is not liable for damages resulting from improper execution or disregard of instructions.

6. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in euros and must be paid before the start of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellation or rescheduling of booked appointments is possible free of charge up to 12 hours before the start.

In case of later cancellation or no-show, the booked service will be charged in full or, in the case of existing cards (e.g. 5- or 10-session card), deducted as a unit.

This applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation, as the place is reserved and cannot be reassigned at short notice.

For free trial lessons, the provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of €12 in case of no-show.

The booking is binding and obligates participation or timely cancellation.

8. Validity of packages
Packages (e.g., 4-packs) are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable.

9. Data protection
Personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the privacy policy.

10. Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Cologne.
